Kurt Kidwell is a seasoned professional with an extensive and diverse career spanning over 30 years in customer service, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. For the past two decades, Kurt has been a driving force in the electric utility sector, making a significant impact and demonstrating a deep passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Throughout his 11-year dedication to championing Lean principles, Kurt has been instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within organizations. His expertise in Lean methodologies and unwavering commitment to learning and growth led him to achieve his black belt certification. Notably, Kurt has been deeply involved in the Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) methodology, actively applying the 5 principles and leading over 1000 learning teams to success. This extensive experience has not only honed his skills but also instilled in him a relentless drive to learn and improve every day.
