From June 10th to 14th, our gathering at the stunning Hilton Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, NV, promises three immersive days packed with insights, innovation, and collaboration. Charles is an alchemist/evangelist/connector by nature and is passionate about big and disruptive ideas to improve the system/human interface and the leadership required to inspire discretionary effort. He leads the Operational Excellence & Human Performance efforts for Vistra; the fastest-growing and largest Independent Power Producer in the nation.

Charles has spent the past few decades helping leaders see the capabilities within their organization and the synergies provided by bringing together process improvement, behavioral science, organizational & cognitive psychology, and workforce engagement methodologies. Charles also serves as President of the Community of Human and Organizational Learning (cholearning.org). The Community brings together a variety of practitioners and thought leaders in a yearly conference and monthly webinars. The Community’s base members come from healthcare, power generation, government labs, petrochemical, manufacturing, and academic organizations to share best practices, reach across disciplines, and add to the human and organizational performance body of knowledge. Prior to his generation career, Charles served with the Department of Commerce and worked as a performance improvement consultant. While partnering with leaders and work teams, Charles learned best practices from dozens of companies in Culture Change, Human Performance, frontline engagement, and process improvement. Charles holds a Master’s Degree of Organizational Dynamics.
