David has served professionally in several industry environments including energy, construction, petroleum, mining, hospitality, food service, healthcare and manufacturing. His best practices in leadership development and performance management have been celebrated and showcased around the country for many years. He received his academic degrees from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (B.S. Business Administration) and Western Carolina University (M.S. Organizational Development) and is author of the book “The Excellence Experience.”
